El Madrid de los protagonistas de esta muestra\, nacidos en las primeras décadas del siglo xx\, comenzaba a modernizarse y a expandirse\, pero todavía conservaba las desigualdades sociales y las tensiones políticas características de la época. En su adolescencia sufrieron la devastación de la Guerra Civil\, que marcó profundamente a toda su generación\, y sobrevivieron la dureza y pobreza de la posguerra. Gran parte de su vida adulta transcurrió bajo una dictadura. Han sido testigos de excepción de la transición española y la consolidación de la democracia. \nLas personas centenarias han experimentado la transformación de la vida cotidiana gracias a los avances sociales\, tecnológicos y científicos\, y han disfrutado la riqueza de la vida madrileña en sus diversas formas: desde la evolución del arte y la cultura hasta el crecimiento de barrios icónicos o el desarrollo de la infraestructura del Madrid actual. Como la ruta es lineal\, la vuelta será en bus desde Bustarviejo; \nDIFICULTAD: media\, con fuerte pendiente en el tramo de la Vereda de Cabeza Cristina (1\,7 km).  \nTRACK WIKILOC: https://es.wikiloc.com/rutas-senderismo/entorno-a-el-baden-206927776  \nComenzamos temporada con una ruta que nos llevará a un paraje bastante desconocido pero\, a la vez\, cercano. Pasaremos la mañana en esta ruta que nos descubrirá algunos de los más bellos parajes de Bustarviejo: la cuerda de Cabeza Arcón y el entorno del Baden. \nDisfrutaremos de una de las más bellas vistas de la Sierra\, con El Pendón a nuestra derecha\, el Valle de Bustarviejo a nuestrops pies\, la cuerda de Perdiguera y la Najarra a nuestra izquierda y la cuerda del Mondalindo\, junto con las Agujas de Valdemanco\, a nuestro frente.   \nGracias a las lluvias del mes de marzo disfrutaremos del paraje en su máximo explendor pero\, también debido a ello\, encontraremos gran cantidad de agua en el camino\, por lo que se hace imprescindible llevar calzado de montaña impermeable y bastones.  \nDebido a la ascensión a la zona del Baden\, la ruta no está recomendada para niños menores de 10 años.  \nCOORDINACIÓN TRANSPORTE: con el fin de minimizar los vehículos en circulación\, se ofrece a los participantes en la ruta que así lo deseen la posibilidad de compartir coche.
