DESCRIPTION:Programa compuesto por clases dirigidas y ponencias teóricas para los jóvenes de Soto del Real con el objetivo fundamental de concienciar sobre los beneficios de la práctica deportiva frente al sedentarismo y ayudarles a la gestión adecuada del uso del ocio y el tiempo libre\, realizando una actividad atractiva donde de una forma social y lúdica encuentran un  entorno amigable y un punto de encuentro común para poder seguir haciendo actividad física. \nA partir de esta fecha darán comienzo las clases dirigidas\, en distintos horarios según a que grupo de edad pertenezcas. \nLa realización de las clases puede ser modificada en función de las condiciones climáticas.
