Pero tendremos que reconocer que éstos están muy solicitados y en muchos casos los dedos de nuestra mano sobran para contarlos. \nSoy de la opinión que uno atrae a las personas con las que tiene afinidad y muchas veces las amistades tóxicas son consentidas\, pero nunca ha estado más acertado el dicho de que las apariencias engañan y el tiempo en una amistad revela que nuestra primera elección estaba errada\, siendo un verdadero calvario el librarnos de ella. \nModera el Dr. Ignacio Prieto\, químico\, bioquímico\, especializado en biología molecular y con experiencia en el campo de investigación farmacéutica e instrumentación científica. ACTIVIDAD GRATUITA.\n\nInformación y preguntas: Ignacio Prieto 618374930.\n\nEl modelo de la vivienda compartida o «cohousing» va de la mano de una tercera edad que nada tiene que ver con las de las generaciones anteriores o con jóvenes que deciden buscar la colaboración y el apoyo mutuo entre sus vecinos en entornos urbanos y rurales. Un nueva forma de vivir\, quizás más humana y social que la que ahora tenemos\, sobre todo en las grandes ciudades.\n\nApoyado por políticas gubernamentales\, consiste en un conjunto de viviendas independientes que se complementan con espacios comunes compartidos\, como cocinas\, comedores\, jardines\, talleres e incluso servicios sanitarios\, donde los residentes participan activamente en la toma de decisiones y en la gestión de la comunidad.\n\nSe prima el sentido de comunidad\, la reducción del aislamiento social\, la eficiencia económica y la sostenibilidad\, pero requiere un alto nivel de compromiso e implicación por parte de los residentes\, que puede repercutir en conflictos de convivencia y su disponibilidad es limitada\, aunque la inversión inicial en una vivienda de cohousing puede ser similar a la de una vivienda tradicional.\n\nUn tema fresco y una solución vital para un coloquio interesante en el que propondremos otros modelos de convivencia para combatir la soledad entre todos\, implicando las diferentes instituciones\, vecinos y amigos\, sin tener que abandonar nuestros hogares\, transformando nuestro entorno en una red de apoyo comunitario para vivir el futuro con autonomía y dignidad desde casa.\n\nUna verdadera «tormenta de ideas» que\, quien sabe\, pueda trascender al ámbito de nuestro coloquio.\n\nModera el Dr. Ignacio Prieto\, químico\, bioquímico\, especializado en biología molecular y con experiencia en el campo de investigación farmacéutica e instrumentación científica.
