DESCRIPTION:DÍA: 20 de noviembre; \nHORA: de 18.30h a 20.00 h; \nLUGAR:  Casa de la Cultura (salón de actos)  \nDIRIGIDO A: Mujeres de Soto del Real; \nDURACIÓN/SESIONES: Taller vivencial de 90 min. \nINSCRIPCIONES: gestiemocional@gmail.com\n \nCon este taller se pretende promocionar la salud mental y el bienestar emocional de las mujeres\, visibilizando y conciliando los distintos roles que desempeñan como mujer\, madre\, hija\, trabajador y cuidadora…\, así como atender a posibles vulnerabilidades que las afecten\, consecuencia de las desigualdades de género. Acompañar y guiar a las participantes para que consigan cumplir los retos específicos que se propongan y desarrollen habilidades para una buena adaptación a los distintos momentos y cambios vitales.
