DESCRIPTION:La Exposición Las Literatas reivindica la figura de la mujer en el mundo de las letras.\nÁrea del Libro y la Lectura. Subdirección General del Libro de la Comunidad de Madrid. Emilia López Fernández. \n28 de julio al 10 de agosto de 9:00 a 14:00 h y jueves también de 17:00h a 20:00 h\nSala de Exposiciones del Centro Cultural\nLa exposición nace con la intención de poner rostro y ensalzar el trabajo de un grupo de escritoras españolas de relevancia y de diversas corrientes literarias\, entre las que se encuentran Ana María Matute y Dulce Chacón\, o algunas más actuales como Elvira Lindo o Dolores Redondo.\nLas obras\, realizadas con diferentes técnicas artísticas y en distintos soportes\, se presentan cargadas de belleza y realidad. El título de la exposición\, Las Literatas\, hace referencia directa a un ensayo epistolar que escribió Rosalía de Castro en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX\, con un epígrafe final donde reivindicaba la situación de la mujer escritora de la época.\nLas ilustraciones están realizadas por el artista e historiador del arte David Rivas.
