DESCRIPTION:TALLER AUTODEFENSA FEMINISTA \nTaller  para abordar las desigualdades y violencias de género\, fortalecer la confianza\, el autocuidado y el empoderamiento personal y colectivo. El objetivo es promover un rol activo e independiente\, aprendiendo a establecer límites y a responder ante agresiones físicas\, emocionales y mentales. Se trabajan herramientas de autodefensa\, autoconocimiento y empoderamiento mediante dinámicas vivenciales y técnicas físicas inspiradas en artes marciales\, adaptadas a las necesidades y diversidad de las participantes. \n\n\n\nFecha: Sábado\, 14 de marzo\nHora: 11:00 – 14:00 h.\nLugar: Sala Zen – C.D.
